It's a cold and snowy day and I haven't done some conversions in a while, so I hauled out the Austin Marines. I haven't "hacked" these before, so it was new territory. I used a couple extra parts from Conte as well as the body of one Conte figure. Let me know what you think.

hi Gary, Dan from Austin Miniatures here, I think your conversions of my figures are awesome. keep them coming. I want to see more! ps did I meet you at OTSN this past September? keep up the good work. I wannna see a Marine running shooting his Thompson! just an idea, thanks again for the pics. Dan
 
Yes, Dan. we met. I was wandering around Friday, but you were caught in the air traffic snafu. My friend Gary Kuepfert called me and said that you arrived so I came back Saturday and bought the sets that I used for the conversions. Running with an SMG - may have to try that on for size.
