Hi guy's spent a day at Steve Erwin's Australia zoo and have to say what a big place. The zoo is amazing and the animals are well housed and managed. Lot's to see but I am a little over Bindi and Bob and the over acting in the shows that they do. Even my 12 year old boy was bored with the dancing and kid stories and Bindi's voice. But on a whole a great day out and a really cool Zoo. Chris.

About 12 years ago I was at Uni and a Canadian friend had a US visitor. We were sitting around talking and he said the only thing he simply had to do was see Steve Irwin. I was a bit bemused (and in my 30s) and in the end I said "Sorry, I have no idea which band he plays for". Such was the state of things then. In the end we went to the zoo and I had a great time. Steve wasn't there but all the staff made sure they mentioned him in every sentence. The day of his funeral, we had kids staying home from school to watch it.
