I watched Back to 1942 over the holiday weekend. It is in subtitles but the parts with Adrien Brody and Tim Bottoms were in spoken English. It was probably the most graphic shoot em up plane bombing movie to come out in a long time. Very realistic and not overdone in blood. Three million people starved and or were bombed by the Japanese on a version of the trail of tears from Henan. The portrayal of what the families went through to try and stay together, cannibalism, selling children to slavery and so on was incredible. Definitely worth a look on an area not covered much except back in the golden movie years. Mike
