BAR Beach Mat vs JG Miniatures (1 Viewer)

Santa has asked for some ideas on what to give me for Christmas. I have the K&C landing craft and have always wanted to put it in a proper diorama. I am having a hard time deceding between the BAR and JG beach mat. Both look good but I have also not seen either one in person. I would apprciate input from anybody who ownes or has seen both of them.
