Thanks, I have just started planning my holiday to the Ardennes for 2023. Have visited the region quite a few times, including a couple of 5 day short holidays, but not for 6 years, so am due a visit. Used to have meeting in Brussels and a few time had one on a Friday and another on Monday, so used to hire car and head over to the Ardennes.
Foxholes above Foy and following the Peiper route were always interesting. Saw there are a couple of new museums so a trip over is high on my list.
Will combine the trip, away for 7 days, 2 or 3 days in the Ardennes, but first 2 to 3 days around have a looking around the German Roman Limes forts etc around Saalburg.
