Hi Guys,

While photographing some of our upcoming and future USMC in action I decided to do another 'panorama' shot utilising all of the above with some of our existing Marines and... a long-retired K&C landing craft.

Let battle commence...

Great diorama and I've already thought up a couple of scenes for the forthcoming Marines !

I see lots of great new stuff (figure poses, PACK 75 Team, etc.) in the diorama. Is that a new Higgins boat? I hope so, instead of a repurposed DDAY Higgins to suit this diorama.

Either way, looking forward to the Texas Show to see for myself.

Good job Andy.

Carlos

Some nice new additions in this lot, something to look forward to. Robin.

Andy you are the man! I see a lot of new Marines on this diorama. they are all Fantastic! I think 2018 is going to be a USMC year.
Thank you for sharing and.😁👍

Well done Andy!

This summer is looking more and more like the best summer ever .... at least from the Toy Soldier standpoint. {sm3}

AND .. it's only April ...!!!!!

The newest USMC sets are going to add to the "already" fantastic lineup that have been released.

THANK YOU ANDY and the K&C staff!

As both Harrie and Larry have said 2018 looks like it's going to be the year for USMC TS both these WW2 great little guys and the Vietnam ones coming soonish !
They all do look good. :salute::

Thanks Scott... and thanks to all of you guys for your support and enjoyment of these K&C Marines past, present and future! I know I've always been interested in and fascinated with the USMC ever since I was a kid when I first saw "Sands of Iwo Jima"...

Believe it or not that was just one of the many reasons I wanted to become a Marine myself...Over the years I've been fortunate to meet and make friends with quite a few American Marines including a number who passed through Hong Kong either on R'n'R or on Duty.

Two of my best buddies, who I occasionally meet up with when I am in the 'States are now retired, Gunnery Sergeant John Crawford who worked in the U.S. Consulate in Hong Kong as part of the Security Detail and Colonel Bill Turner, a helicopter pilot on the USS Tarawa when it first came into HK in the late 1980's...Great guys to talk with and share a beer or two with.

Once a Marine...Always a Marine...Semper Fi!
Andy.

Looks like Andy is going all out with the USMC range. My concern with KC before was that the releases can be quite a wait before the next batch comes out. But with all these releases and more in the pipeline. It is definitely the range to buy and keep an eye on, Great Choice Andy!! And thanks!!!!l

Love the guy crouching with pistol in hand and the one carrying his comrade on the shoulder!

The gun set looks good as well. The whole series is developing fast and furious. Robin.

Simply irresistible… Many new figures in fantastic positions! The Pacific theater is in full gear in to becoming another iconic K&C range! Cannot wait to see what else is in store... both USMC and Japanese!

Good point .... we have only seen one Japanese figure (JN-050) in the last few releases. As Andy pointed out a bit ago, in another thread, the USMC always out numbered the Japanese on each island, but this is starting to get a bit lopsided ...{sm3}

Andy's grey matter must be working overtime as the poses and the direction this is heading is superb.

The 2 bare chested Japanese prisoners previously displayed, hopefully are not to far away. Robin.

Hi Guys'
Re the 'Japanese Opposition'...At present 'in the works' are the following;
4x Dead Japanese soldiers...
2x nearly-naked prisoners...
3x Jap. Artillery Gun Crew together with their small 'Mountain' howitzer...
and...
10x Attacking Japanese Soldiers.
That should provide some additional opposition for our Marines I think.

Plus don't forget the K&C Japanese figures already out there and still available...

And, if you can find them, the Japanese we produced back in 2005!!!
All the best and happy searching and collecting,
Andy.

WOW ... Andy ... I didn't quite expect this treasure trove to be coming down the line. Looks GREAT.
I am really happy with the success of the Japanese Navy and Japanese Army series ... AND of course the USMC series.
The best of the best in the toy soldier world ... Can't thank you enough.

The 2005 IWJ series of Japanese and Marines ... are somewhat ... available if you wait long enough and look at different venues.
But I would much rather get 8-9 new JN/USMC figures for what the cost of some of the old 25 sets are being priced at ..

Still I do have a few IWJ's...
