If you have ever wanted to check who is on line, you probably know you just scroll down to the bottom of the page. There is also a bit which tells you when the most amount of people were on the Forum.

I think we should try to beat this record by setting up a time and date and trying to get everyone logged onto the Forum at the same time.

I think we should all log onto this Forum this Saturday at about 5pm US time, 8pm UK time, and see if we beat the record which is 230 people.

What do the rest of you think?

Alas only Pete and Shannon can tell you how many of that 230 were actual people and how many were webcrawling programs: on D-Day there would have been enough key words on this site to warrant a visit from every webspider.

I'd say as realistic target would be 100 people, but we'd need an incentive, e.g. for the minute in which there are 100 people logged on, all their names go in a draw to win something. (The something can be small enough to ensure that no-one registers the neighbour's cat as a member but large enough to ensure an interest in logging on).

Hopefully we won't bring down the server with that many people here at once posting. :)

I like your idea CANNON FODDER maybe they could try to get a really old retired King and Country set and give it to the competition winner!
