Yep, if you're doing Marine landings you need Amtracs !
K&C did a couple or was it three WW2 versions.

Not sure to be honest. Only new on the scene collecting toy soldiers. My interest would be Indochina with the French using the Armtracs quite alot.

Well you've chosen a good time to start with so many fantastic releases already out there and the manufacturers coming out with new offerings all the time, of course getting hold of older releases can sometimes involve a lot of waiting to appear on the secondary market but even rarities eventually surface !
Yes there are plenty of photos of the French using Amtracs also M29 Weasels, Perhaps TG will do them for their Indochina range !

Thanks Robin :salute:: They also ventured further inland in Vietnam than just the beach and surrounds. Andy has mentioned before, the Marines didn't have M113's as they had the Amtracs and had to borrow the M113's they did might on occasion use from the Army.

To be honest Steve, probably not…At present we’ve got 3 different Major ‘Vietnam’ pieces in different stages of development and this particular piece alas…ain’t one of them, sorry!
However, I do think you and many others will like the alternatives…

To be honest I didn't think there would be much chance with this one, but thought I'd ask anyway because you never know !
Still the 3D print shows off the figures well !
Looking forward to seeing what else is going to hit the Vietnam range.
