Gentle Friends,

Lately, I have been posting pictures of figures from my vintage figure collection. However, as a reminder to you that I collect more than vintage figures, I thought you might like to see some of my more contemporary figures.

In the last couple of years, I have become a big fan of the figures produced by Beau Geste. Below you should find a few pictures of my set of my Beau Geste set #23A, the WW I Belgian Carabiniers, Cyclists Corps. The set was retired almost a year ago and I was fortunate to acquire this set shortly before its retirment date.

If you look closely, you will see a small dog accompanying the soldiers. The last two soldiers have turned their heads and extended their hands to warmly acknowledge their companion's presence.

In my opinion, the dog is the star of the set as he adds great charm to the presentation of the figures. Often, Ana and her staff add small touches to their work in such a way as to bring a smile to my face. I hope you enjoy viewing the set. And,...

Thank you Ana for producing such wonderful toy soldiers!

Warmest personal regards,

Pat :)

Thank you, Pat. For your wonderful pictures and for understanding the spirit within Beau Geste.

Take care,

Ana :)
