Gentle Friends,

Recently I photographed my Beau Geste set #167, the French Foreign Legion Marching with Sombreros, Mexico 1863. I thought you might like to see the set. Below, you should find a photograph of the entire set followed by three photographs of the Mounted Officer who commands the marching troops. Pictures of one of the marching soldiers will follow in my next post.

I think this is an exceedingly charming set. I hope you enjoy it.

Warmest personal regards,

Pat :)

As promised, for your further examination, I have attached a few photos of one of the marching French Foreign Legion soldiers below:

Oh! And, I have one more picture of this set, which I will present in my next post. Enjoy!

Warmest personal regards,

Gentle Friends,

Now, for the star of the show. Who could forget that wonderful little dog who accompanies the soldiers on their march? In my opinion, the dog completes the story of this beautiful set.

Thank you, Ana, for producing this great set. I hope everyone admires it as much as I do. :)

Warmest personal regards,

Pat ;)
