Hi Ana,

I have been following the discussion of the HB price increases on another thread. I am sure you are closely following it as well. Since it has become necessary for you to increase the prices of the Honour Bound products, I now want to ask the following question which logically emerges from the HB situation:

Do you anticipate needing to make similar price increases with the Beau Geste figures and sets?

I hope you can find time to answer my question. I look forward to your response.

Warmest personal regards,

Pat

Pat,

I think (just a guess on my part) that the answer is no because I believe they're run as separate operations as Beau Geste was successful on its own before Honour Bound was started.

Hi Pat,

I just took a look at their website and the prices are still the same as they were a while ago. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Dave

Pat, Dave: Brad is right. We have been producing Beau Geste for 8 years now, and our production costs and manufacturing process is absolutely tuned up by now. No need to adjust anything for the moment.

We will be retiring some old sets soon, but I'll send a newsletter with the list in about 2 weeks, and people will have a couple of months to get what they want before retiring. They will surely be sets below #100, probably none from the Durbar line, although I'm not sure yet because we need to check the state of molds before being sure.

We usually revise our prices by the end of September. I don't know if we'll need to adjust our prices this year yet, since we didn't last year and we might need to review them. But if we decide to do it it won't be over a 10%, and will be announced with enough time.

Take care,

Ana

Ana,

Thank you for the information. It is very helpful to me, especially in regard to planning future purchases. I look forward to your next newsletter!

Also, I hope to see you again at OTSN in September!

Warmest personal regards,

Pat :)
