Good escapism, although I know these kind of movies aren't everyone's cup of tea.

I wanted to like it but couldn't get past the first few minutes, that rarely happens for me and I usually watch a movie every day. The creature was just too grotesque for my taste.

I'm afraid that the CGI animation and characters resembled Barbie's Nutcracker and Barbie's Rapunzel which I've had to watch with my daughter.
