BH15 vs IWA 15 (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know if these two chock handler sets are identical? I know the IWA figures have brown bases vs blue for BH.
However neither figure has bases, can they be interchanged?
I can see no difference in either picture or info from John's Website.

The sets are the same. Can’t recall which ones that I purchased. Just made sure that I had three sets total for my display.
