How about soldiers going for a cycle? Rifles slung over the backs , of consenting age of course (seeing as youngsters cycling around with a couple of panzerfausts strapped to the handlebars , didn't go down to well the last time).
Red great suggest. Hitler Youth would be nice with PanzerFaust.

Well, despite the fact that some of our more delicate members appear to have no objection to figures depicting Arabs brandishing decapitated heads, but seem to shrink from the possiblity of Hitler Youth figures with their rather peculiar Unarmoured Fighting Vehicles, or even (shock, oh the horror, Egyptian Dancing Girls), how about WWII Japanese Army figures invading Malaya? On bicycles.

I'm not too fond of suggesting this or that but I like the bicycle idea. I'm not sure of this Hitler Jugend concern. WS 33, the Anti Aircraft Gun, is manned by Hitler Youth and it's quite a nice set. I would think the only drawback is how you make the bicycle stand but I'm sure Andy could figure that out.
