Elect trains are fun but out of my league now....20 yrs ago it was reasonably expensive but now top of the line Loco's ...comp gen...iare well over a $1000....beside...I could repair the old elect motor's as they were very simple...cannot get the parts now for them so I dont play trains very often these days ....like your Zulu pic...TomBAdd the cost of electricity Tom, yours is a lot cheaper to run.
