I see in the Washington Post this AM that Billy Drake, 24.5 victory ace of the RAF, passed away at the age of 93 on 8/28/11. The Group Captain was a real hero and had quite a long career. The Post has a very neat photo of him standing in the cockpit of his Hurricane obviously take in the MTO. RIP, Group Captain Drake. -- Al
