I noticed a few of the recent releases are blank on the underside of the base. Most have the year and JJ logo, but some recent sets have nothing.

I haven't noticed anything like that with the recent sets. Though I dont really look under the bases to much.

Doug.......

I have not seen that problem.......but I didn't buy any of the September Quebec.

My August deliveries all had decals on them.

I'm sure John will mail you some if you email him....I'm sure he will.

Not a big deal. I just happened to pick up a few at random last night and noticed a few of the newer releases did not have the logo on the bottom. These are not the Sept releases. For example, I noticed one set of the recent St. Frances Indians, French Marines (POA) and maybe at least one set of BOS did not have it while others did. It is so random over several different lines and months that it can't just be the ones I have.

Doug......

Sounds like a little error on the assembly line.

I cleaned the bottom of a canoe with "Goo Be Gone" because it was slightly sticking to the Magic Water river in a dio I had.

It dissolved the writing on it, but didn't damage the canoe. I told John and he said he would be glad to send me some decal....just ask him....he will I'm sure.

To the extent that anyone cares about such things, I also noticed that a few of the 1812 sets have the yellow "18th Century" decals instead of the white "19th Century" decals. I understand John will send replacements or extra decals if you request them.
