Hi,

We played a pair of F&IW games at Recruits in Kansas City last month featuring over 150 Jenkins miniatures. The scenario was loosely based on the Battle of Lake George. Even if not interested in the game aspects of the posts, you may enjoy the visuals.

You can check out the scenario description here: http://cluckamok.blogspot.com/2014/08/f-scenario-for-recruits.html

Game One here: http://cluckamok.blogspot.com/2014/09/bloody-morning-scout-game-one.html

and Game Two here: http://cluckamok.blogspot.com/2014/09/bloody-morning-scout-game-two.html

Bests,

Although not a gamer ... I am GREATLY impressed with the setup, the JJD figures and the fantastic scenery and such.
Hopefully, my JJD will be impressive as yours someday.

Very well done!

Chris, thanks for sharing these, great fun!!
Grass looks really good. Do you bluetack/sticktack the figures to those square bases?
Cheers

Thanks, James! The bases are attached with a drop of Gorilla brand glue. Pretty strong stuff but I can still "pop" the figures off if necessary since I am only using a small drop of the glue.

Regarding the bases (warning: "gamer content" following), I've gotten quite a few comments on the bases over on the Lead Adventure Forum. Consensus is that I should add more "terrain" to them. You can read more here, should you be so inclined: http://www.lead-adventure.de/index.php?PHPSESSID=08173ab90fa277d57e8b2a8c7734120a&topic=71838.0

Bests,
Chris
