Guys
The show was a great success in London and the un exploded Bombs did not damper the situation even with the rain!
Funny thing though due to the attack on Glasgow airport the journey was fun, myself and dave were pulled over by the police on the M1.........not speeding........not on the phone...........so what for. We or should i say the van fitted the description of a van the whole of the countrys police force was looking for.........pulled us over and asked what we were carrying.......as i opened the back and said toy soldiers he was a little aput back.
funny thing is as i opened the door our bust that we put the football shirts from E2V moved and it was wearing the Nazi top.
So there i stood with my short hair! union flag in the cab and a nazi football shirt in the back of van along witha 1943 bren gun.
He very quickly told me that he was sorry that he had stopped me but it was very obvious that i was not actually what or who they were looking for.......
bit of fun though and i thanked him and said keep up the good work. He said you may get stopped a few more times.........i said i will be happy to stop as many times as they like as long as they catch the scum!
