Does anyone know when this set was released? We have a customer wanting to know. The picture is for reference only - I found it at http://www.die-cast-toys.com/britainsfigs.html (always good to give credit where credit is due ).

Isn't it amazing how much the detailing on these figures has changed over time?

I sold a few of these sets in the mid 1990's. I believe it is from 1996 but don't quote me on it. Something is telling me that is was the 50th anniversary thing.
