Are Britain's and Conte's British Paratroopers sets able to mix with the Arnhem sets?

I'd have to say, no.
Conte and Figarti together - yes (along with the few Britains sets that were released a few years back.
K&C Market Garden figures will display with CS OK, but the CS figures are a little bigger and the weapons a lot bigger and the painting style is different.

Collectors Showcase say 1/28° , K&C 1/30°, but I could note the FFL/Hachette figures made by K&C was a lil'bigger than others K&C figures; thus, perhaps this figure:
