Hi Guys,
There wasnt a lot shown on the table but thats ok at least they took the time to chat with Mark. I did see some criticism of the speed at which they panned through the table and would say that thats a good point. Mark spent a few minutes discussing things Glossy but the guys videoing concentrated on him while he spoke instead of taking the time to go the length of the table asking questions about and showing the displays which is fine for the first run. I will be making some noise to the folks at Britain's soon about this great use of technology to bring the show to all of the people who are unable to attend. I was just pleased that the gents from K&C took a few minutes out to interview some of the other dealers there. Thanks again to the guys at K&C UK for doing this.
All the best
Dave
Hi Dave
Thanks very much for the feedback.
KCUKTV is a new communication tool that we will be using for three reasons-
1. To bring the show to more people around the world, more people to the show and hobby and to add value to those traders at the show.
2. To communicate to our K&C collectors about all that is new and exciting about K&C.
3. To have fun! For our 'hobby' (at all levels) to have a future it must be fun.
The interview with Mark was one of ten that we did with traders and manufactures along with a whole host of 'chats' we had with our collectors, indeed we had around three hours of footage so a little bit more than a few minutes out!
Content will be used at two levels-
1. For the Toy Soldier Show London web site, this will be about the show, the people and products at the show, from all brands and perspectives, new, old, matt, glossy, plastic, metal or composite! Our intention is to develope the Toy Soldier Show into the 'BEST' show out there, not the largest but the best. I believe based on what is being said by traders and visitors alike the show is now significantly 'different' to the situation we inheritaed....

2. For the K&C UK web site; this will be K&C focused and will cover collections, collectors and all that is K&C.
Dave let us know if there is anything special you want covered next time at the December show and we will be happy to oblige, better still lets meet and we can interview you?
Without question we can improve on what we did, making sure our camera batteries are charged would be a good start....however some things will not change like keeping it fun........and amateurish!!!!
Warm regards
Bob
