I think Britains Napoleonics are great, especially the most recent sets/figures! What's next in this range? Prussians?^&grin

The Ponsomby Set: This set is great, honestly there is so much action in this set with Ponsomby falling from his horse in agony it seems! The desperation of the french lancer reaching to lance his enemy!^&grin A set like this for Lord Hill or Uxbridge would be superb! A mounted figure of Lord Hay falling after being wounded at Quatre Bras would be brilliant! And a model of Uxbridge mounted just after he has had his leg shattered by the cannonball. There could be Officers and a surgeon rushing to his aid to catch him before he falls off the horse!^&grin

Also Britains seem to have mastered creating Hougomount scenic pieces, how about an updated La Haye Sainte? With raised walls and firing platforms on the inside and loop holes? Some King's German Legion to man the 'fort'!^&cool

I would say that without a doubt artillery is on the way, as well as more aspects of the French attack on the 92nd/charge of the union brigade. With new 95th out I think perhaps the sand pit? I am also inspired by the ACW series and its art of war sets. I think that we stand a good chance of seeing something similar for Naps. Either way with the upcoming anniversary of Waterloo it should be an exciting next couple of years for us.

The Ponsonby set has to be one of my all-time favourites.
Apparently we are supposed to be getting some Black Brunswickers. {eek3}{sm3}
I emailed Richard a few times a while back about various Napoleonic suggestions including a Le Haye Sainte set with KGL defending, British Foot Artillery (rather than Royal Horse), French artillery cowering from the heavy cavalry charge ^&grin and a square of Black Brunswickers.
When I met Richard at the London show a few shows ago he said he liked the Brunswickers idea and he knew who would sculpt them. He said WB would probably trial a few "in square" poses and see how they sold (a bit like the Nassau's they produced...which didn't sell:().
I don't know if this ever happened but I hope they are in the pipeline. I was expecting them to be in the last catalogue.
We also need more Napoleonic buildings generally and more horse drawn transport of all varieties.

Great ideas mate!

These are not your average pose but at Waterloomany regiments spent a good part of the battle lying on their stomachs to try and avoid being hit by artillery, I think some single figures in difefrent poses of british troops lying down on their stomachs to avoid being hit. Drummer boys too, but not the flag bearers who were not alllowed to lie down and instead only alllowed to 'stoop', an officer telling his men to lie down would be great too! And some wounded figures mad ein the same way as the old confederate wounded set with the red/orange explosion propelling the body of the figure upwards!^&grin

Foot artillery would be great as the only brand I know who has done a model of foot artillery is Frontline!

I'd love some mounted prussian figures and prussian black marching or moving injured men from the front line!

I also meant to add that other than artillery I'm most looking forward to the possibility of new Old Guard sets. I also would like to see the French line infantry expanded on some more, we need a marching eagle bearer and a variety of officer/Nco's to form a proper column.
