Is there a thread or other resource somewhere (preferably online) that describes the differences between the various vintages of WB Napoleonic figures? In particular, I am not clear which retired WB Napoleonics are gloss and which are matt. For example, I have 17882 which is matt and it would seem that the others in that series are as well. What about the 17200/300 and up series and sets like 00150-153 and 00289-90?

Same question on the ZW line.

I am mostly interested to see if these early lines are compatible in size and detail to the comtemporary WBs.

Thanks much.

Thanks mate. I have looked at the catalogues, a great reference, but I couldn't really tell from the pictures whether they were gloss or not. So are the NAPs about the same finish and size as the current version? Any differences of note?

I am not 100% sure as I don't collect the Naps, but I think I remember Ken saying they were of a similar size to enable collectors to blend the old with the new.

Thanks GC. These comparisons are extremely helpful to those of us in the hinderlands that don't have convenient store access.
