Hey wellington I,ve come across a lot of these at good prices from time to time I,ll keep my eyes out for you. Ebay has these all the time and sometimes at buy it now for a good price. I,ll try and refind where I saw the last few sets I found and shoot you a private message. There is a toy dealer in britain I believe called the gaurds that sells broken up sets on ebay that i,m sure must have a full set kicking around. He sells the figures from the set at $5 and change each and he also sells the wall alone also. There are sets that came with a book also which is the osprey waterloo book.
