Another one of your winners from your treasure chest John thanks for sharing it.....The Lt.

I have a similar AA gun. This is one of WBs nicest little guns. I particularly enjoy the adjustable outriggers. a lot of thought and design went into this gun which first came out in the late 30s

Nice! Do you have a truck to tow it?

I had a truck but it got crushed beyond repair and it had metal fatigue. I am going to clean this gun with WD-40, inside and out. I do this with my old figures that show lead rot or to prevent it. I might try Armor All on the rubber wheels. I noticed in picture signs of erosion. I let the WD-40 air dry for a week after cleaning. John

One thing I know for sure John you've enjoyed and continue to enjoy collecting both the vintage, semi vintage and the new kids on the block from WBritain and others just for the love of it. You've been gracious enough to share your collection from time to time and I for one greatly apppreciate it. Looking forward to seeing what you have in store for us next.....The Lt.

Hi John

What a lovely piece :0) Can you give us some more info on using WD-40 to care for your figures? Do you spray directly onto the figures or apply with a cloth. I wouldn't mind giving it a try on some of my older firugres (I don't see any signs of rust etc... but was thinking of using for a general cleaning ??? )

Thanks

Scott

Scott: I vary my application of WD-40. I always use the spray with little straw to spray INSIDE of figures and then use a cloth or Q tip to apply some to the outside of figures. It is important to just let it air dry somewhere for a week or till ok to touch. I tried this on figures a year ago that were in the New Orleans flood and noticed no problems.

I was told by some large collectors that this works the best. I used it for a few years. John
