Recieved my limber today, EXCELLENT! Chains are enough to drive you crazy but and excellent piece added to my collecton. Anyone else recieved theirs and what do you think?

The postman was too lazy to deliver it to my apartment today so I need to go to the post office and pick it up on Monday.:(

I should have mine on Tuesday.
Can you post a photo?

I wish I could but at this moment I dont have a digital camera as well as I need to learn how to post a picture. I can tell you that you will not be disappointed it is very well done!

Thanks.

I was wondering about the chains when I first saw the photos. My mother use to tell me I had the hands of a surgeon, but that was 40 years ago.

Speaking of chains, you should try the ACW limber sets that Frontline makes. They come with 15 seperate chains to a limber set with six horses.

Hi Bryan,

That is a terrific set! I am very impressed with it and I greatly appreciate you sharing pictures of it with us. I would be very proud to have that set in my collection. Congratulations for acquiring it!

Warmest personal regards,

Pat :)

It's a beautiful piece.Jenkins has the finest accessories on the market.

Yes, it’s a very nice piece. I spent all night rearranging my battle display to fit it in. My shelf is just about full now. I will have some new pictures in a few weeks.

Wow - I guess I am going to have to do some re-arranging too !

I might have to go to another shelf in the curio - if these releases keep up !

I’m hoping that this is just about the end to the series. An occasional set would be nice, like a mounted Washington or New line infantry.

I don't mind the range to keep going - but the new releases keep coming and coming

The Battle is a favorite of mine and I enjoy the possible future releases - lets just slow down a bit - you know what I mean ? ;)

Especially for me that I just started this range I been on a roller coaster trying to find the sold out sets . Luckily I found a handful.

The piece looks fantastic. Mine has been shipped, but hasn't arrived yet. I am glad I was able to sell a lot of stuff on eBay so I could afford this piece. When it comes in, I will take some photos of my Monongahela display. Since it is just on a glass shelf, it doesn't look near as nice as some of the others on this forum I have seen. I still like it nonetheless.

That’s why I think it would be a great if john releases of few new sets of 44th line infantry. That would give anybody who is fairly new to collecting the Monongahela series a chance to put a nice collection together.

Bryan,

The limber set is very nice, thanks for sharing the photos.

It's huge, is that 12 inches long? A very nice addittion.

Michael
