Have just finished two books I picked up in Dubai last December.
Not sure how the scans will look, but here you go anyway.

SELECTION OF PHOTOS
The Marquis of Montrose is a particular favourite historical figure of mine. Especially the series of battles he conducted in Scotland during 1645, "The Year Of Miracles", most of which took place either in the area of the country where I come from, or sites I've visited. In fact my forum signature is a quote from one of the poems he wrote while in exile and before his disasterous campaign in Scotland on behalf of Charles II in 1650.
The second book is a bit more unusual - but interesting enough. I reckon it's a shame that this period of British history isn't covered by the figure manufacturers - but then I suppose there isn't too much interest in these Civil Wars even though they form such a significant part of Brit history.
