The RAF "Boston" bombardier disappeared just before the end of WW2. The plane left Rimini for a mission on Po river area and no more news of it.It was hit by the anti aircraft artillery. 68 years after, in 2011 some archeology passionate found the plane in north of Italy and the rests of 3 british and one australian crew.
They have been buried yesterday, thursday with honours and the presence of relatives and RAF veterans in the cemetery of Padova.
