Dear Gentlemen
I collect K&C NAPs & AWI ... so far I am a K&C purist, except for the recent Patriot NAPs too.
I realise that NAP & AWI dios would reasonably involve multiple figures in a same pose ... but the most number that I have purchased was 3 of the Imperial Guard advancing. Others include a couple of standing firing & kneeling firing.
I would actually like to buy more of such poses ... but would like a little difference in these figures. The retired 71st standing ready to repel with and without the cap ...or the kneeling to repel & wounded kneeling to repel are good examples.
The incremental cost of producing such figures will be much smaller than producing a completely fresh figure. I don't mean to teach Andy how to do his business. I am merely expressing what I would like as a collector.
The Charging Cuirassier with sword forward .. is such iconic pose and I would love to buy multiples, if say the angle of the raised sword arm was varied ? or the horse gallop varied ?
Having varied figures does not merely add to sales by that varied figure .. I would end up buying more of the original template ... just because the enlarged firing line would not look so stiff because of subtle variances in one or two figs.
What do fellow members think?
What favourite figure would you like to have a variation .. so you will buy more.
I must qualify that it would not likely apply to WWII action poses, unless marching figs.
