Not sure about toy soldier dealers, but I'd suggest looking at eBay. If you go on to eBay. uk rather than .com, there is a seperate Del Prado sub section under the toy soldier section and there are a lot if figure / booklet combos for sale. Good luck with the hunt.

Michigan toy soldiers carries them with the books. They are the USA supplier for Del Prado,

Michigan Toy Soldier is no longer the official US Del Prado supplier and haven't been for a few years now.
The booklets are no longer being distributed with the figures, however Treefrog has quite a lot of loose booklets for sale. There are a few single booklets on the website but if you contact us with the series you are looking for we sell them in bundles as well and would be happy to see what we can find for you. You can contact Treefrog by email here. We also carry the largest selection of Del Prado worldwide so chances are if we have the booklet we will have the figure to match.
