Ask your daughter to go to the US Embassy and inquire about an interpreter to go back to the shop with her.
10 years ago I could have given you the names of 2 relatives in the Embassy that would help you.

Or, type out your text and run it through one of the on-line translators, then back to English to see if it make sense, then email.

Many thanks to Mike Miller for his help and particular "thank you" to Risorgimento for assisting me in my quest.
Will be following up with the help of those Treefroggers and any others that have offered assistance

Hi Harvey,

A company that stocks our range in Italy, Saimex, have a shop in Rome and our products should soon be on the shelves. However, to help you, please follow this link for the shop details.

The owner, Snr Stefano Allorini is a very good personal friend of mine and I know he will happily help you in any way he can. http://saimexinformatica.com/contatti/ His e-mail is: info@saimextoys.com

Happy hunting, I hope you / your daughter find what you are looking for.

Hi Mirof,

As I have never been, I cannot comment but, here is a photograph of the advert for the shop from TSC in the UK. Hope that helps in some small way? That was and is my intention.
