Hi Guys,

I've always enjoyed posts re. 1st K&C piece. I was looking through some old pictures this morning and stumbled upon this image of a tabletop diorama from 2013. The collection includes Ultimate Soldier, Forces of Valor, Oryon, and one K&C piece (plus a few extras). Can you spot the K&C piece? Please do not post the answer so that others can look for it.

Nine years of collecting K&C for me.

Feel free to share your stories/pieces as well. Thank you Andy and K&C team for the wonderful pieces and all the fun you've provided me over the years.

You’ve come a long way with your collection, WesternOutlaw!

These were my first two K&C products - German Wehrmacht figures WH038 and WH041 - which I got in 2018 from George at Minutemen Toy Soldiers to go with my Eagle Designs Panzer IVG…

While I’ve only been collecting K&C and products from other premium metal toy soldier manufacturers since 2018, I collected 21st Century products going back to 2000 and other military toys like Hasbro GI Joe going back to when I was a kid in the 1980s. Then there’s my massive diecast aircraft and armor collection as well 😎

Haven't posted pics in awhile. The first photo is not my first KC set. The second photo is, of the airbourne US soldiers. When I first saw these, I was blown away by the sculpts, which included the standing radio man with the Mohawk haircut and standing shooting carbine guy. I haven't been that excited, since I saw Marx WWII soldiers when I was kid. I was hooked. Now I have too many soldiers and AFVs. Yet I still keep buying. Can't seem to stop. LOL.

Spotted:cool:, And I will say it would go well alongside my first set, which was EA004. I don't have a proper photo available at the moment but I choose EA004 (25lb Gun and Crew) because it seemed like a good value and created quite a nice scene standing on its own. Picked it up at the Antique Center of Gettysburg back around 2005 after perusing the impressive selection they had.

My first were in May 2000 when I was 7 years old:

DD33 - 4 Man Attack Patrol
DD37 - 82nd Airborne Set
WSS28 - MG34 Set

I stumbled by accident on K & C. I used to make dioramas using " Forces of Valor" tanks and vehicles and "Airfix" 1/32 scale figurines.
These are the 1st two figures I bought from K&C (D-Day series)
Guy:)

Really enjoy seeing and hearing about your first pieces, fellas. Thanks all for sharing.

Great "first pieces", Tman, and some of my personal favorites among K&C's Wehrmacht line-up. I'm glad to have them among my collection as well.

I spotted the K&C piece in your scene Rob but won't say. I have that piece as well.

As far as my first K&C piece, it was the Wittmann Tiger I - WS043
