Entered for the first time and I'm a winner. Must be Beginner's Luck. My entry was about the British refs being pro-Mohawk. I didn't even know there were prizes! I am laid up again, just had some surgery. First opportunity to check out Treefrog in months, and am enjoying catching up. Last week, anticipating being laid up, I went to the Artists Preservation show in Gettysburg. Stopped on the way to revisit Bushy Run and Fot Ligonier. Great improvements were made before this current tragic era of Governement cutbacks. If one collects Jenkins or Barzso a trip to both of these F&I/Pontiac's Rising sites is a "must."

Marc...glad to see you back on here after the long absence...last time we talked you told me things were coming along well...happy you're feeling well enough to be doing a little traveling...sounds like a fun trip...congrats on the Caption's Contest...last year he gave the winners some sets...I was guessing awards were being offered again...I never win......thanks for the compliments...

... that won me a Raid on St. Francis set. Not BM-06, But all of his sets are good.

I was also a winner! Mine went, "Have you noticed that those British referees always call disputes in favour of the Mohawks?" I used the British spelling of "favor" to reinforce the punchline.

I won a set of the Merry Grenadiers. Great choice in that it was a set I didn't own, and one I probably wouldn't have purchased. Turns out that the drunken Grenadier slumped into a sitting position, actually slumps very nicely against a tree in the Braddock massacre diorama.

John's psychology in offering the contest worked in my case. Got me revisiting the site frequently. Now its a habit.
