I just got this set delivered this morning and took some photos of it.

It's John Jenkin's Raid on St. Francis RRB-02. The three soldiers with the drum.

I know I have taken more pictures than usual...but it's because I made a lot of the props in this diorama myself.

The house, the stable, the water trough, the trees, the wood pile, the rope and the brick wall.

I like the way everything worked out and will be able to use a lot of the props on any future shots.

These are the two tent sets John just put out.

The one in the middle with the sword and satchel is sold separately.

All three look good and should fit in a number of eras.

I don't know if anybody noticed this in the pictures I posted at the beginning of this thread....

but this is some pretty good detail on the painting...

keep in mind...

this is a playing card done in 60mm...

it's pretty small...

no...

it's very small...

and it's pretty clear...

this is some nice work...

John has always done some pretty nice detail...on flags too:cool:

Walt...they were all so easy to build...

the house...the stable...the horse trough...the wall...the trees...

I'm doing a lot of trees right now...I have a small forest almost ready...about 15 trees completed and another 10 in various stages of completion...I'm getting better at them and they are looking much better than my first attemts.

I need about 50 or 60 for a nice B of M diorama.
