For those who may be interested in this book, I cannot recommend it too highly and is infinitely superior to the new Osprey book. It is available direct from the publisher, Quiron Ediciones. Abe Books also appears to have two copies here. The one you want is Volume 1, not Volume 2.
The publisher price is a little cheaper than the Abe price but much easier to order.
The book is in Spanish but I think it is well worth purchasing even if you can't read Spanish.
