I occasionally go to these and they are kind of fun. Many of the "guests" are from older TV shows and movies. Signing autographs for money. Chiller Theatre up in NJ puts on quite a large event in October and you never know who they will have. A real hodgepodge of media culture. Attached are a couple of links to upcoming events on the east coast (that Karen Valentine was a hotty back in her RM 222 days!):

I was looking for Sandahl Bergman from the 1st Conan movie. She does the fan shows. So does Martine Beswick of 10 million years BC and Dr. Jekyl and Sister Hyde. I haven't been to a show yet. Dragon Con in Atlanta sounds like fun.

Sandahl was also in "The Three Musketeers", as one of the Queen's ladies-in-waiting, who was also a spy for Cardinal Richelieu.

I'd like to visit one of the shows sometime, too, a lot of fun for the trivia fan. I have a postcard from one of the sci-fi cons held up in North Jersey every year. I'll add the link when I get home.

Prost!
Brad
