Well my two teams Portugal and England never seem to quite come up with the goods either.
I think the reason I like Man United is not so much the players I just really admire a man like Ale Ferguson. I mean to keep on delivering the goods year in and year out like that is quite amazing.

They should have introduced a new Olympic relay race this year.'The Olympic Torch relay',it's raced through the streets of every competing nation and the nation with the fewest arrests/injuries gets the Gold!!

It's been absolute nonsense and completely avoidable. Just another "FACE" thing.
I do like the idea of a new relay race though, but might I suggest a refinement? let's make it the nation with the MOST arrests/injuries gets the gold medal..

As Portuguese I can only say thank you for your simpathy! We do have great players ( just look at the Premiership ). But I really don't expect them to win Euro 2008. There is always something missing with this team...Just a little better than England, which is not good

Unfortunately ( mostly for England ) not this time. It would be fun to watch though, all that drama once again. But I prefer games solved without penalty shoot outs, they are fairer and better for my heart.
