Can someone tell me if there British Bandsmen are Charbens brand?

They are about 2 1/2 inches tall.
Only 1 figure has a mark under the base. It is marked" Made In England" and has a outline of a figure holding a trumpet.

The officer is by Herald (Britains). The others are Charbemns.
