Yo Troopers, just had this sent don't know how I missed it on ebay must be the eye trouble I am having. I thought I was on top of all Chas Stadden 90mm issues then this turns up, so more research to do to find out if these were one off models.

Now I am no Ballet fan (watched the movie Billy Elliot 5 times lol) but as soon as I saw this photo I said to myself this is the great Russian Rudolf Nuremev & Margot Fonteyn the likeness is stunning (bet my Stadden collection on this).

So what do you reckon guys forgetting military for a minute and hand on hearts, was Chas Stadden the Daddy of all Sculptors or what, man I would love to own this piece is just sheer class (common Igor) do you agree, and to me someone:rolleyes: picked up a bargain at £101 must have cost more for Chas to make this special. Believe it was issued under the Buckingham Pewter range just gobsmacked looking at it.:(

That is a great find Bernard, you have to keep an eye out (no pun intended) for another one !!! I agree, definitely a resemblance and Billy Elliott was great film !!

Yo Troopers, well bit:eek: here just found out that its not a Chas Stadden model but one sold from TKS who still have the Chas moulds. This was my first thought when I saw it, but not knowing the Document in the background was from TKS, this is why I had no time for TKS they added many models to his range and sold them as Chas Stadden which is bang out of order to me. Also a Ballet expert tells me the hands of the Ballerina are in the wrong position for this move:confused: but then she knows lol. All in all though not a bad model whoever made it, but as I say they should not be sold as a Chas Stadden item.
Bernard.
