Chato's Land 1972 (1 Viewer)

Another good one, with a very good cast. Perfect part for Bronson. -- Al

I generally like Charles Bronson's movies. But there were some turkeys, too.

In this movie, I think that the peach role went to Jack Palance's character, who started off confidently in leading the posse and then slowly lost control over the group. Charles Bronson's Apache only started to come into prominence about halfway through the movie, and only as a supremely capable protagonist to the posse. He also doesn't say too much in this movie.

Good timimg as this movie was on cable last night and I got a chance to catch some of it. Palance really is good in it. It's an interesting study watching the posse fall apart. -- Al
