Be great for a rich collector who is just starting out. :D Imagine receiving that package and opening all of those boxes :eek:

Hmmmm, I'd have gone for it, but I've already got 2 of the pieces listed there and I don't want duplicates.:D

Now that is what I call an auction. Any Johnny-come-lately to KC, here is your chance.:D

That is some serious box storage problem in the making! :D Interesting to see if it/they sell?

Jeff

Hmmm interesting how many Euro's again to the dollar......1000 isn't it?:D

Can you imagine the shipping charge!

AW MAN! I was going to bid on this, but now that all you rich guys know about it, I won't stand a chance at winning.:mad:Mi:pchael

Interesting. It appears the seller was buying K&C items from Bill Sager as recently as late May. A sudden change of heart, or circumstances?

Maybe the economy did him in and he decided to get out while he can.

depending on the location of the winning bidder, the shipping costs could be horrendous.

Current exchange rate is $1.41 to 1 Euro

That is a starting price of $14,113.50, or $60 per set
A Buy It Now price of $17,643.28, or about $75 per set

Above not including postage.

Mixture of single piece sets and multiple figure/vehicle sets. Hard to tell how good a deal without doing a lot more analysis, but seems reasonable at starting price.

What an enormous sale! I've never seen anything like it. Good eye Phantom Warrior, most of the really valuable pieces are indeed missing however there are still lots of great old pickups. What a nightmare of a shipping cost, especially from the U.K.

A minimum bid has been submitted for this auction - 10,000 euro. 5 days left.

Someone decided to go all in, eh? Woke up one morning, saw the auction and decided to become a toy soldier collector all at once? Now, here we have a collector (or dealer? But why?) with DEEP pockets. SALUTE! -- lancer

Perhaps someone stocking up for the Chicago show?

Terry

Might warrant a small tip for the postie who lugs that package up your driveway

Yes spare a thought for the overworked underpaid postie who delivers these to your door,we live to serve the public.......LOL! I can't even type that with a straight face!!!:D:D
