Dear Friends,

There are only 6 of spaces left for Figarti Miniature's lunch reception on Friday, September 21st (12 to 2 p.m.). In the new line that will be launched during our Lunch, we will be introducing several famous and feared WWII weapons, with features not done by any manufacturer. It will be done the Figarti Way. While we will be saving several big surprises for the Lunch, our room will open on Thursday, September 20th with many new sets that will display Figarti Miniature's penchant for having fun recreating history. You will be awed by the breadth and scale of our endeavors. Figarti Miniatures can and will produce ideas that others cannot do. We invite you over lunch to inspect this new line, and our other new figures and vehicles for existing lines. Participants of this lunch will receive a special, limited edition figurine made especially for this lunch. RSVP on this forum, via e-mail, or at the show. Figarti will introduce sets we hope will shock the industry and take our hobby to the next level.

Looking forward to seeing all of you soon!

Hi Guys,

Chicago is really “hotting-up” already. It’s always good to see and talk with the “Shanghai Boys” and see what they’ve been up to...

As you might imagine all of us at K&C take more than a passing interest in Ricks’ latest “Shock ‘n’ Awe”. Now, like you, I’m into guessing games as to what exactly he’s going to surprise us with. After discussing with Gordon here’s a few “calculated guesses”...

1. V1 “Doodlebug” and Launcher

2. V2 “Terror Weapon” rocket and launcher plus vehicles

3. U Boat and Dockside area

4. Giant Rail Gun

5. “Sebastapol” heavy-tracked Mortar

6. Stuka Dive Bomber or variations

7. ME110 or JU88 Nightfighters

8. All of the above!!!

Anyway come Friday of the show...we’ll all know.

Best wishes and happy collecting!

Andy C.

I hope someone will take pictures of this show, It sounds like the big Toy Soldiers event of all time.

Rick,

Left a post on the other thread but could you reserve a space for Clive Gande. Thanks.

Andrea has already gone a 1/32 scale U boat with a dockside area -- the U-boat was more than 6' long!

And it has a MSRP of $4060.00 (US Dollars), although you can buy it from Squadron.com for only $3654.00:D. And it's a kit!

I will be at the launch recording things for KCUK TV and will post a video of Rick's launch for the world to see around three hours after it happens.
Cheers

I'm pretty sure Figarti will be introducing the Mk.2 FokkerWulf Scheissen-Schlepper mit Struddelhumpfen und Wanker Kanone BlitzFlieger in the correct color and with the correct number of rivets.:D
