Chino Warbirds & Armour (1 Viewer)

Great pics, I'd like to get over to Midland, TX. I believe the Confederate airforce is based there and I hear they have a pretty awesome display as well.

Great pictures and beautiful restored warbirds. It must have been a treat to see them. Thanks so much for sharing. My only complaint is there were too many Corsairs and too few Spitfires, and a clipped one at that.:D:D

Ray,
I might just be making it to Midland during November. If so, then I'll post a report on the Reb Airforce.

Cheers Forum Squadron Members:

A great link for your warbird viewing fix & a great mix of WW II armoured vehicles, etc. Please enjoy the history.

Thanks so much for the great Father's Day present Beaufighter! I added it to my favorite places so I can go back and enjoy those amazing warbirds again and again!

Harry,
Should be worth your time, but it is a flying group and I know many go out on tour. What brings you to the middle of nowhere? Training?

Very nice photos. I wish I had this guy's "eye" for photography! Thanks for sharing.

Yup - training. I've been to Midland/Odessa before (1991). Don't expect that it's changed much.

Very nice. Been to Chino a couple of times. Got some great planes there. But there models there need to be up graded because of the damage.
