I have this set, too, as a tremendous Sharpe fan, but I'm not sure about a couple of the identities. I have positive IDs on Sharpe, Harper, Perkins (center, small with beat up shako), Harris, and Tongue. I suppose the far right pose (drawn sword bayonet) is Hagman, which would be a odd pose considering he's the best shot. I suspect the kneeling shooter is an unnamed rifleman, considering TV series gave Sharpe a "Dirty Half-Dozen" for back-up.
Looking again the model on the extreme right with the drawn sword bayonet is Cooper who sometime wore a tam o Shanter.
Good spot on Perkins. I think you are correct on that one.
The figure with the longest hair appears to be standing firing..must be Hagman?
Kneeling firing..Pendleton?
Fantastic TV series thankfully oft repeated at least in UK. One of those where there could never be remake to equal the original. Darn shame that Harris and Hagman didn't make it through Waterloo.
