Since it's now a couple of days after Christmas, list anything you like. It doesn't have to be historical/military miniatures related.

I received the attached Hawker Hurricane in desert cameo, three K & C sets (all British coincidentally), the BBC History of World War II, which is just fabulous (more later about that), two volumes of Churchill's history of WW 2 and a couple of cashmere sweaters.

Dear Brad,

Hans got me an Afghan Hill Tribesman getting shot (1988-1989) and the new British Sherman (2005). Larry got me the Scottish Heraldry Tent (1996).

Plus the Gloster Meteor from Mike Neville arrived on Friday.

Merry Christmas!

Louis

Louis,

Sounds pretty cool. Why don't you send me a picture of the Meteor that I can then post here.

Wow looks like Santa was good to all you guys......:) I wanted all the Kings German Legion but the wife wouldn't go for it...doesn't hurt trying though. She did get me Wellington, which was really nice.

Cheers
Wellington

Brad,

I have to take a photo of the Meteor. Its just the assembled carved wood plane with the metal detail pieces in place, but no laquer or other paint applied. Maybe I'll take a picture of the unfinished Meteor next to the completed ME-262 Swallow. The first two Jet fighters side by side, finished and unfinished. What do you think?

Regards,

Louis

Louis,

That sounds good to me. BTW, any thoughts about the email I sent you?

Regards,

Dear Brad,

I e-mailed you back that I would call Larry & find out what day is best for him to visit Doug.

Regards,

Louis

Hi Guys,

I received several very nice sets I had been waiting for. The tops was the Viceregal Party from Marlborough, Very nice elephant! I also got the Britains Jaipur Camel Drummer and a set of Marlborough Civilian dignitaries watching the Durbar procession. And the Christmas limited edition set from Britains this year. All in all a very good haul! Thanks Santa!

Dave

Brad,

I spoke to Larry. He can't make it until after the New Year, his manager is on vacation. When are you available after January 2nd?

Louis

Gentle Friends,

My family greatly surprised me by giving me the entire Ii Clan of Samurai warriors produced by Monarch Regalia. I now have Ii Clan figures charging, marching, fighting, riding, etc. all over my study. The Ii Clan wore colorful bight red and yellow armor, which now abounds throughout my room. I couldn't have been more surprised or happier with my good fortune.

If you have not yet discoverd these wonderful little warriors produced by Monarch Regalia, and, if you enjoy the traditional glossy toy soldier finish, you owe it to yourselves to check them out. But, be warned, the pictures on the internet do not do justice to actual beauty of the figures.

Wow! What a Christmas!

Warm regards,

Pat
