On May 1, 2017 I received via USPS from Treefrog Treasures a K&C set DD296, a figure of P.M. Winston Churchill. I have him coming to see a "famous" Home Guard (Dad's Army)unit commanded by a Captain Mainwaring with his second in command, Sergeant Wilson. Also on parade are a Lance Corporal Jones, Private Frazer, Private Godfrey, Private Pike and a Private Walker. The copyright date on the Churchill figuer is I believe 2016. The British Army Home Guard figures from prior years are part of K&C's FOB or Fields of Battle series. Note that Winston Churchill is showing his famous "Victory" sign with his two right hand fingers raised up to indicate a "V" for victory which also includes his cigar. I thought it was time for Churchill to visit this special unit that a TV series in the UK made famous. Two of my VHS tapes on "Dad's Army" Tv series are used as backdrops for this display. Please see five photos below.

Many thanks ''IB",
For presenting your set of 'Dad's Army' being inspected by our wartime Prime Minister...
K&C look forward to adding more characters later this year!
Best wishes and happy collecting, Andy.
