No, it looks a bit worn or war torn, to say the least ! But good to say been watching the Maigret TV series on that most excellent TV Channel TPTV, and the tv programmes from the very early 1960's with his Citroen, looks very much looks the same.
Factoid: Rupert Davis / Maigret had in ww2 been a POW.
