2nd North Carolina String Band does a bunch of the classic southern songs of the Civil War, but it is banjo and fiddle music. The Americus Brass Band plays many of the Civil War era songs (Bonnie Blue Flag, Dixie Land, Battle Cry of Freedom) in classic period brass arrangements
