another great diorama. Out of curiosity, do you make the names up or are the stories taken from somewhere?

I make up the names of the people but I believe that incidents like this occurred in the history of the war. I tried to make this one ironic in the commonality of the 2 men--enemies at war but each the product of great seaport cities--one American---the other French. Both mens first names are variations on John. I believe that such commonalities may be found in any war and that although enemies meet in hatred on the field of battle that in different circumstances they might have been friends.

It works well!!! It adds a lot to the dioramas.

Polar.....I do not collect JJ but you do a nice job showing them off with your mini-scenes! Well done!
